What We Can Create
Our planned tote-bar format turns a blank bag into a guest-directed design experience. Guests may choose from event artwork, letters, icons, approved graphics, or a personal image submitted through a controlled intake process. A photograph—such as a favorite pet—can be placed into a prepared template, printed as a transfer, and heat pressed onto the tote during the event. The format can be tightly branded or intentionally playful. Organizers can define the product, artwork library, colors, personalization choices, and level of guest input in advance.
What Guests Experience
Guests build a design with help from our staff, approve the layout, and watch it move from screen to transfer to finished tote. The pressing process creates a visible reveal and gives the guest a useful item created specifically for them.

Planning Your Activation
This workflow requires design intake, printing, pressing, cooling, handling space, power, and organized pickup. Guest-created images need clear file and content rules. Production speed depends on the number of decisions, artwork preparation, press time, and number of stations. Visibility note: Keep hidden until equipment, materials, production speed, color workflow, and event-safe operating procedures have been tested.
