Glassware & Barware
Glassware & Barware
Glassware and bar pieces that turn a toast into a takeaway.

What We Can Create
Live glass engraving creates a smooth, permanent frosted mark that reads like a refined sandblasted finish. We personalize shot glasses, whiskey glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, rocks glasses, liquor bottles, and other approved glassware. A logo can be prepared in advance while names, initials, short phrases, and approved icons are added live. We also evaluate compatible barware such as metal bottle openers, corkscrews, and selected tools.
What Guests Experience
Live glass engraving feels immediate and premium. Guests see completed pieces catching the light, choose their own personalization, and watch the frosted mark appear in real time. Depending on the design and event flow, they may wait at the station or return after enjoying the event. The finished piece can be handed over on its own or paired with a box or protective package. Smaller formats such as shot glasses and compact rocks glasses can be practical take-home gifts even for conference attendees traveling light.
Popular Options
• Rocks and Old Fashioned glasses • Wine glasses • Champagne flutes • Shot glasses • Stemless glassware • Approved liquor, wine, or fragrance bottles • Metal bottle openers, corkscrews, and selected bar tools

Planning Your Activation
Glass generally requires more engraving time than a small mark on metal. A shot glass with initials is a different production plan from a large rocks glass with a name and graphic. We adjust the artwork, mark size, guest choices, staffing, and number of stations to meet the event’s volume and service window. Exact glass samples must be tested. Shape, thickness, seams, coatings, and curvature affect the fixture and engraving process. For higher-volume programs, multiple stations or a fill-out-and-pick-up workflow may be the right approach.
Client-Supplied Product Testing
If you plan to supply your own products for this category, send samples ahead of time so we can confirm finish, timing, and production flow before your event.
