The company, conference, or campaign mark is applied before the event; guests add a name, initials, nickname, short phrase, or approved icon at the station.

Planning Your Activation
Laser drinkware stations are best placed indoors or in a fully covered environment with appropriate power and operating space. Speed depends on the product finish, size of the mark, number of guest choices, and number of stations. Simple initials can move quickly; large graphics, longer phrases, and multiple layout decisions require more time. For high-volume events, we may recommend advance logo engraving, a controlled personalization menu, multiple stations, organized order cards, or a pickup workflow. Any remaining pieces can sometimes be completed after the public service window when the schedule and handoff plan allow it.
